Prerequisites
- A Shopify store (any plan)
- Admin access to install apps
- At least one product with multiple variants to act as a bundle
Setup
Install the app
Open the Panori Bundles listing in the Shopify App Store and click Add app. Approve the required permissions — the app needs read/write access to products and metafields.
Activate a plan
After installation, go to Plans inside the app and select the plan that fits your store. The Cart Transform Function that applies bundle discounts only runs when a plan is active.
Create your first bundle
Click New Bundle on the app home screen. Search for and select a mother product — this is the product customers add to the cart to trigger the bundle.Then select which variants of that product should show the bundle configurator.
Add steps
For each selected mother variant, add one or more steps. Each step represents a choice the customer makes (e.g. “Choose a base”, “Pick an add-on”).Per step you can configure:

| Label | The heading shown to the customer |
| Max selections | Maximum variants the customer may pick (null = unlimited) |
| Gift step | If enabled, all items in this step are priced at £0 via the cart function |
| Child variants | The products / variants available to select in this step |
Set a discount
Choose how the bundle is discounted:
- Percentage — e.g. 10% off the combined price
- Fixed — e.g. £5 off the total
- Custom — no automatic discount; the price lives directly on the Shopify variant
